Marlborough Road Methodist Church

With a cost of living & climate crisis, many of us are facing tough decisions. Some of us have moved to working from home following the pandemic and are facing a winter with increased energy bills. Others are facing even harder decisions about whether to heat or eat.

The Methodist Church in Marlborough Road Banbury OX16 5BZ is one of a growing list of “warm places” in Banbury. Warm places are welcome havens for those who struggle with heating bills and need somewhere to go to avoid being cold at home.

We are open from 9.15am – 12 noon every Thursday We offer a warm place to come and meet up with friends or make new friends over a hot drink. In conjunction with Age Uk, we are able to offer IT support including free Wi-Fi, phone and tablet charging. Our team of volunteers also offer a listening ear, and our building is accessible to all.
